So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.  Analyse und Dokumentation bestehender Produktionsprozesse Wertschöpfungskette visualisieren mittels Wertstromanalyse Erkennung von Verschwendungen und Ermittlung von Optimierungspotenzialen Mitarbeit in aktuellen Lean-Projekten Dein Profil Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Gutes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel Idealerweise verfügst Du über erste Erfahrungen in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Lean Management oder Wertstromanalysen Klingt spannend?
