Your Role:   Planning, implementation, and optimization of cutover activities as part of an SAP S/4 HANA transformation.   Supporting proj ect   management in applying   appropriate cutover   methods and developing project-specific strategies.   Close coordination with the data migration team to ensure integrated project success.   Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates.   Risk management and proactive action in addressing challenges to minimize project delays or budget overruns.   Your Profile:   Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SAP ERP field, preferably in global ERP rollouts.   Proven experience with cutover and migration methods and strategies within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.   Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.   Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external partners.   Excellent organizational and communication skills.   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and make decisions.   Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams, including willingness to travel   (maximum 3-4 times a year).   Proficiency in English , both spoken and written.     Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Wenner Lili
