Für unsere Servicetechniker und das Inhouse Repair-Team sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Teamleiter für die Koordination und Steuerung der Serviceeinsätze und der eingehenden Kundenreparaturen. Ihre Rolle disziplinarische & fachliche Führungsverantwortung des gesamten Inhouse Service Teams Inhouse Service -Teams Koordination und Verteilung eingehender Reparaturaufträge an die Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung von Prioritäten, Ressourcen und Kapazitäten Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Inhouse Service- sowie dem Backoffice Team, um Reparaturen termingerecht sicherzustellen Sie sind der lokale Ansprechpartner für die Spare Parts und koordinieren diese mit dem globalen Spare Parts Management der IQS Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse zur Verkürzung der Durchlaufzeiten, Steigerung der Effizienz und Reduzierung der Kosten Sie sind verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Optimierung des Lagerbestands, um eine schnelle Reaktionszeit von Reparaturen sicherzustellen proaktive Reaktion auf unerwarteten Kapazitäts- und/ oder Ressourcen-Engpässe Ihr Profil abgeschlossenes technisches bzw. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams sehr gutes Verständnis für Serviceprozesse, Auftragssteuerung, Kapazitätsplanung und Priorisierung sowie Routine in der Schnittstellenarbeit auch mit internationalen Einheiten mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Inhouse Service, Reparaturabwicklung oder technischen Serviceumfeld; Kenntnisse im Ersatzteil- / Spare-Parts-Management von Vorteil sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 bzw.
