Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der Projektsteuerung und Realisierung von innovativen Kundenworkflows, realisiert auf Basis modernster Mikroskopietechnologie und -software sowie weiterer Technologiebausteinen aus dem Bereich der Biotechnologie. Ihre Rolle Gesamtheitliche Planung, Verfolgung und Durchführung von Projektmeilensteinen und übergeordneten Projektzielen sowie Bericht über den Projektfortschritt an das Management Selbständige Planung und Verfolgung der Projekt- und Produktdokumentation gemeinsam mit Subprojekten und Partnern Projektcontrolling sowie selbständige Analyse von Lastenheften und Prüfung/Freigabe von Pflichtenheften und Verifikationsplänen Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen sowie externen Partnern Selbständiges Erfassen und Analysieren von Projektrisiken und Ableiten und Nachhalten von Gegenmaßnahmen I nterdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in standort- und gewerkeübergreifenden Projektteams, welche Sie fachlich führen Externe Forschungs- und Entwicklungspartner aus dem industriellen, universitären und kundenseitigen Umfeld managen Kommen Sie in unser Entwicklungsteam und tragen Sie durch Ihre Expertise entscheidend zu unserem Erfolg bei. Um ein genaueres Bild unserer Produktentwicklungen zu bekommen, können Sie sich online exemplarisch über den Zeiss Axio Observer, den ZEISS Axioscan 7 Slide Scanner informieren sowie über unsere zentrale ZEISS Microscopy Software „ZEN“. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Ingenieurswissenschaft, Photonics, physikalische Chemie oder in einer verwandten Fachrichtung im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich (eine Promotion ist wünschenswert) Mehrjährige und einschlägige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von komplexen und standortübergreifendenden Entwicklungsprojekten im industriellen Umfeld – idealerweise im Bereich Optik, Optoelektronik und komplexen Systemen (oder Anlagen) Idealerweise mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Hochtechnologie-Umfeld und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Produkte.
