Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Review of T&E reports and vendors’ invoices, ensuring documentation is compliant with company policy and tax regulations. Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes. Work with corporate on managing corporate credit cards. Research and reference policies as needed to address questions. Resolve invoice discrepancies and answer users’ inquiries. Assist in VAT Filings Keep filing up to date; maintain AP documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Assist in month end closing. Assist in preparation of ad hoc reports required by Management. Assist Finance Manager as needed on the identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize the AP/T&E processes. Assist Finance Manager as needed on the maintenance and update of UAT test scripts for the AP/T&E processes as it relates to updates to SAP, Concur, or the banking processes. Maintain a proper filing system for Finance Department and ensure that accounting records are kept up to date, complete and accurate. Assist in maintaining procedural documents (Standard Operating Procedures) for all job responsibilities. Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned At least 2 years’ experience in industry. Experience working closely on AP process transformation in a large organization Being honest and integrity Proven experience in Fin & Acc with a confident knowledge of AP and T&E process Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail, strong organi-zational skills with ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment A team player and be positive and open for any challenge. Organized, responsible and independent person, proactive, self-motivated, customer focused, and willing to take initiatives. Be hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A sense of urgency must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines. Ability to understand, develop, and refine/improve processes. Strong knowledge of Tax, especially Taiwan VAT Advanced Excel skills and good Word and PowerPoint knowledge. Prior experience in SAP/concur is a plus. Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
