We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. Your Role As a Field Service Engineer, your role will involve: Installing, maintaining and repairing high-end ZEISS medical equipment at customer sites across the Benelux, with a focus on the Netherlands. Providing customers with training and first-line support guidance to ensure optimal use of our solutions. Identifying opportunities and new needs with existing customers to maximise satisfaction. Managing your own administration, measurement tools, test equipment and technical documentation. Participating in the setup of congresses and events. This is a dynamic and customer-facing role where no two days are the same—you are the technical ambassador of ZEISS on-site. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers a hybrid field-based working pattern, with travel across the region and flexibility in planning your workday. Your Profile You will have: A higher technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics or precision mechanics, with affinity for optics and automation. A creative, solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering complete customer solutions. The ability to work responsibly under pressure within the medical sector, combined with resilience and flexibility. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
