For our Service Team, we are looking for: Field Service Technician (m/f/x) Industrial Metrology Region: Plovdiv Responsibilities: independently perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and relocations of our high-precision coordinate measuring machines and IQS portfolio conduct precision measurements and accuracy tests using the most advanced measurement tools successfully implement modernizations and modifications to our existing fleet of devices develop and implement effective technical solutions for complex customer requirements provide professional initial instruction to our customers on the functionality and operation of the devices to ensure a smooth start Profil solid technical education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, precision engineering, or a comparable qualification (university degree is not mandatory) ideally, initial professional experience in technical field service strong communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented demeanor structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to efficiently solve complex problems high customer orientation and willingness to work flexible hours willingness to travel (100%, Monday to Friday) is essential for this role – this includes potential overnight stays in the country openness to travel abroad for training and service jobs within SEE region good command of English, both written and spoken Benefits We offer an attractive compensation package for your field service activities.
