Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Coordinators to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Program Coordinator, you will support individuals with mental illness living in a residential based setting, serve as a role model and mentor for staff, and assist in monitoring aspects of program operations. This position supports individuals to be involved in various activities, exercise choices, acquire competencies necessary to maintain relationships, and accomplish personal goals. The Program Coordinator encourages individuals to become more independent and take a lead role in their personal rehabilitation process.   Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth.
