Join us redefine what’s next for you. What You’ll Do Act as a Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Communication, Media & Entertainment (CME) vertical. Lead design wins for Service Provider customers , including Telco Service Providers, Data Center Service Providers, Infrastructure Service Providers, and Internet Service Providers. Own the solution lifecycle , from architecture blueprint to technical design that aligns with customer business outcomes. Engage in CxO-level discussions to present technology vision and drive transformational initiatives. Provide strategic recommendations by leveraging strong business, financial, and legal understanding of the technology ecosystem. Guide customers in their AI journey , enabling automation and autonomous operations with self-driving networks. Develop business use cases and insights to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions. Build ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models for large-scale projects. Deliver technical presentations, solution workshops, and demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve customer challenges and deliver impactful solutions . Work closely with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to create value throughout the sales cycle. What You Need to Bring 18+ years of networking experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales role. Strong expertise in Service Provider networking technologies , including: AIOps MPLS SRv6 BGP ISIS BNG SASE Data Center networking and related Service Provider constructs. Proven experience engaging with senior leadership and CxO stakeholders . Ability to build technical architectures and business-driven solution strategies . Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills . Experience delivering customer workshops and technical discussions during the sales cycle. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E) ; Master’s degree preferred . HPEN certification (Juniper / Aruba) ; expert-level certifications preferred.
