In this role as HPEFS Business Development and Relationship Lead for HP AMS you will play a pivotal role in the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, supporting the integration, business development, and expansion of the financing partnership with HP.  This position is responsible for accelerating business growth through a deep understanding of the AMS HP business landscape, including its products, solutions, key stakeholders, and market dynamics. By leveraging this knowledge, the Lead will design, develop and deliver targeted financing and asset management offers, models, and solutions tailored to commercial customers. A core responsibility of this role is to build and maintain trusted relationships with HP stakeholders, channel partners, and the HPEFS Sales and Operations teams. This collaboration is essential to ensure seamless alignment across all facets of the partnership, particularly in support of key HP initiatives. Key areas of focus include developing financing offers and campaigns creation, training coordination, operational alignment, and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain trusted partnership with the AM HP Payment Solution Lead to define financing programs and offerings that are relevant to HPI’s strategies, products and solutions.  Executes on meaningful field relationship strategy with HPI within the respective Market, including their key Partners / Distributors to drive additional revenue for both HPFS and HPI, on a local, country and Market level. Supports the HPEFS GTM Leaders to add value and grow the HPI business within the respective markets. Provides insight on new HP products, solution and competition. Supports the HPEFS GTM Leader to maintain a strong governance with the HP Relevant senior Market leadership and builds from sales inputs and insights to remain relevant in the respective markets. Take on WW Projects and Initiatives including leading WW Programs. Ensures compliance with any applicable laws, regulations and HP / HPI / HPFS policies Acts as escalation point within the markets Execution Management - Collaborates effectively with all HPI Stakeholders and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives.  Acts decisively once decision is taken. Knowledge & Skills Strong financial services and commercial acumen, including leasing, consumption, and lifecycle solutions. Solid understanding of customer financial fundamentals and deal economics. Ability to position financial services as a value multiplier to IT solutions. Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate beyond standard deal structures. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales go to market experience in a multi country environment.  Relationship management / business development experience is appreciated.  Strong financial services and commercial acumen, including leasing, consumption, and lifecycle solutions. Technical and business acumen sufficient to credibly guide the development of offers solutions and effective sales strategies Passionate about data analytics to understand underlining trends and uncover opportunities Strong in maintaining Governance and Business Plans with strong execution track record Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to: PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBi.
