Job Description:     What you’ll do: Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: We are looking for entry level engineers for the RIS Layer 2 Protocol Team Work encompasses architecting, designing and developing platform independent layer 2 protocol software and closely working with forwarding teams. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: A Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computer Science or Electronics. Strong coding and debugging skills - Preferably C/C++  Good knowledge of Router/Switch architecture and networking concepts - TCP/IP Experience 6 to 10 years Skills Required Knowledge of one or more areas listed - LACP, Multi chassis LAG, VRRP, 802.3ah (LFM), 802.1ag (CFM), Y.1731 SLM/DM, MEF35, VPLS, EVPN Understanding of system architecture for network processor based products would be helpful Experience in trouble-shooting problems in actual customer network deployments or in complex lab topologies will be a plus strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices is desirable.
