The SFDC Frontline Admin role is part of the Sales & Partner Experience, Global Sales Organization. The scope of this organization is to cover all the transformational processes and SFDC changes and ensure ongoing integration of all new users into SFDC. SFDC Frontline Admin role is the key support on the SFDC platform regarding all objects this include technical and business support. Start Date : 2026 Location: Romania, Bucharest What you’ll do: During our internship program in the SFDC Frontline Admin role, the successful candidates will provide support on the SFDC platform regarding all objects - this includes technical and business support. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Provide SFDC support across all objects and processes. Act as single point of contact for user issues via case management workflow. Deliver high-quality troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLAs. Collaborate with global teams (IT, Advanced Admin, Partner Support, etc. Perform user setup and access management (roles, permissions, queues Support system testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution. Handle data imports and updates using mass upload tools. Participate in ad hoc projects. Analyze cases for continuous process improvement.
