Our in-house permitting team is a key function for driving fast, reliable permitting outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will:Support our lead project managers in delivering great permitting outcomes for customersHelp conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracyAssist in preparing permit plansCollaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguitiesMonitor permit status and ensure timely responsesProvide feedback to product & engineering teams to help refine our software platformWork with permitting leadership to refine our standard operating proceduresWho You AreTo be successful in this role, you are likely someone with:2+ years in either construction management or architecture, with a focus on project managementExperience applying for and obtaining construction permitsAbility to research permit requirements with accuracyComfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processesClear communicator with a strong attention to detailProactive problem solver
