Provides subject matter expertise for the development of contracts for Strategic, Core, Managed, and Blanket Suppliers with emphasis on compliance. With the guidance and direction from Category Manager, works in synergy with internal stakeholders and Proponents to develop and execute negotiation strategies that achieve business objectives. Responsible for the implementation of total procure-to-pay strategies processes aligned with Category   strategies that will deliver a standardized, “Fit for Purpose” operational service at the lowest total cost of ownership to meet day-to-day and long term requirements of the end-users. Executes the implementation of procurement activities through utilization of Vendor Agreements and contracts within the spend threshold and with concurrence from end-users.
