Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team! Monitor procurement-related items (DR, PR, PO), and budget of the assigned team; Initiates and processes procurement and budget-related transactions (e.g. Maximo, SAP, Kissflow etc); Escalates concerns and issues to immediately address them; Develops an efficient system for the regular reporting of financial performance of the assigned team or department; Provides quality financial performance update and budget status on a regular basis; Assists in the budget proposal and preparations; Retrieves, records, processes, organizes and submits well data in collaboration with Reservoir Evaluation for the Well Outage monitoring; Supports the Head in the monitoring of the initiatives to address unplanned well outages; Learns and develops satisfactory competency when new budget-related processes and databases needed for budget monitoring and well data retrieval are rolled-out; Provides administrative support to RM Operations; Serves as subject matter expert on processes and tools related to budget monitoring; Attends meetings with the project proponent or IO owners, and other stakeholders related to cost optimization of his assigned team.
