Manages and implements Well Programs with greater degree of scope and complexity in terms of type of wells, regardless of location, logistics and communication. Directs the entire drilling operations and leads the Drilling Supervisors (SS) in developing strategies for the effective implementation of the drilling program. Implements Risks Assessment of the entire drilling activities to eliminate potential hazards/downtimes associated with each phase of the drilling activities. Supports and cultivate adherence to HSE policies and guidelines. The Assignments also include review and evaluation of drilling and workover problems and make recommendations to resolve them. Performs field based assignments and supervises drilling operations.
