Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team! Designs, develop and implement procedures to drill wells as safely and economically as possible.  Work closely with the drilling contractor, service contractors, and compliance personnel, as well as with geologists and other technical specialists. Ensures  that costs are minimized while getting information to evaluate the formations penetrated, protecting the health and safety of workers and other personnel, and protecting the environment. Develops and administers various drilling contracts and prepares all drilling tools and consumables that are programmed to be used to ensure that no unnecessary delays will be encountered during the actual implementation of the drilling operation.  Conducts a Well Review with all the groups involved in well planning and implementation by gathering all relevant information on best practices and benchmark current practices. Analyze, recommend and implement appropriate practices for future wells to be drilled within the same area.
