The Project Development Manager is responsible for the technical support to the business development group from the conceptualization of a project, feasibility, preparation of technical specifications for tendering process, tender evaluation, negotiation and selection of vendors. Upon contract signing or issuance of a notice to proceed, he/she acts as the project manager and shall oversee and manage the entire project implementation to ensure that project specifications are met, safety procedures are followed and actual progress or accomplishments are properly tracked to complete the project as scheduled and within budget.
