Job Description ** We are hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 10am - 4pm EST at the Manheim Carmel Location: 11799 N College Ave. Carmel, IN 46032. PLEASE NOTE : Cox Automotive shares a location with our sister company, NextGear Capital. We are located within the NextGear Capital building. Enter through door G3. Walk-ins welcome!** Job Responsibilities: Intake process- scanning all titles into title vault Verify and validate titles for title negotiability Ship all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to client Responsible for generating and fulfilling picklist Responsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepancies Responsible for sorting and filing title inventory Qualifications : Minimum: High School Diploma/GED. Generally, less than 2 years of experience. Preferred: Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented. Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred. Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required. Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
