Candidates should have experience reading blueprints and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.  Education: Welding certification High School Diploma Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset Experience and Competencies: 2 plus years of previous welding experience required Strong attention to detail Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor Personal Characteristics: Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices.
