Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant! What's Available: Hours: 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE) Starting wage of $18.63 + more with experience Shift: Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays! (Hours can vary - primarily day shift on weekdays, 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM) Department: Emergency Services Location: La Crosse, WI - Fully on-site What You'll Do: Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications. Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing complex inquiries and coordinating services for internal and external customers. Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff. Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality. What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
