In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics, including work with large, complex data sets, to uncover opportunities, drive insights, and measure outcomes. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, the Model for Improvement, and statistical analysis to deliver measurable, sustainable results across the organization, with a primary focus on Pharmacy. You will also play a key role in implementing and supporting the Emplify Health Management System, while designing and delivering training, coaching, and curriculum for the Continuous Improvement Academy. This position drives operational excellence and strengthens change management maturity across the enterprise. What you will do Lead large, complex process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, CPI methods, and change management principles. Analyze, model, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, variations, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations. Develop advanced dashboards, metrics, and analytic tools to monitor performance and outcomes. Champion adoption, operational integration, and continuous improvement of the Emplify Health Management System. Train, coach, and mentor leaders, clinicians, and staff through the Continuous Improvement Academy. Develop and maintain CPI tools, templates, curriculum, and standard work. Facilitate change management strategies to support sustainable adoption of improvements across all levels of the organization. What you need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Process Improvement, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coursework required; Black Belt certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in quality, data analytics, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing. Proven ability to work with complex, multivariate data sets using analytic tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Minitab, R, or similar). Strong analytical capability, including statistical thinking, measurement system design, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in change management, workflow redesign, and facilitation of cross-functional improvement teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach, coach, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter .
