Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead our AM shift team. We’re looking for someone who can communicate openly and navigate challenging conversations with care and confidence. Experience in Sterile Processing isn’t required—though it can be a great bonus—but we welcome individuals with a variety of backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow. What You’ll Do: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the sterile processing department during the AM shift. Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sterile processing technicians. Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to maintain high-quality service. Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance to support department needs. What Is Available: 1.0 FTE Monday – Friday, Day Shift 6:30a-3:00p and be available for questions from staff off hours No weekends or holidays Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin New Starting salary $54,000 + more for experience What You’ll Get: Great work/life balance!
