What You’ll Get: Full-time hours (1.0 FTE), Monday–Friday New Starting hourly rate of $22.40/hr + more for experience Support for career growth through our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment Program Top-rated retirement plan and comprehensive healthcare benefits A leadership team that values and supports your best work Work/life balance that lets you love what you do and where you live What You’ll Do: Lead the education and training of Sterile Processing Technicians Develop curriculum and oversee sign-offs for new employee training and annual competencies What You’ll Need: Completion of an approved Surgical Tech or Sterile Processing Tech program 3–5 years of experience as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Technician CRCST certification (Certified Registered Central Services Technician) through HSPA within one year of hire Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and a self-starter mindset Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
