Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Registered Nurse (RN) – Physical Medicine & Rehab Clinic Location:  East Building, 3rd Floor – La Crosse, WI Schedule:  Monday -Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call FTE:  0.9 (72 hours per two weeks) Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Assist providers with Botox and ultrasound-guided injections Manage intrathecal pump refills , pain agreements, and urine drug screens Support patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI)  and complex care needs Perform phone triage  and EPIC in-basket management Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic setting What You Need Must Have: Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum) Active RN license in Wisconsin BLS certification Preferred: Minimum 1 year RN experience Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to multitask Resilience and calm demeanor  What You’ll Get Starting pay:  $30.46/hour (plus experience credit) Tight-knit nursing team with strong communication and a focus on patient experience Comprehensive healthcare benefits  and retirement plans Career growth through Tuition Investment Program , Career Development Center , and Shared Governance Councils About Us Gundersen Health System, part of Emplify Health , is a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network serving communities across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
