Fuel your passion Baker Hughes is seeking a  Finance Specialist who would be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context. As a Finance Specialist- FP & A Operations, you be responsible for: Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field. Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event To be successful in this role, you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations. Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Have Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
