Job Description Product Marketing Specialist Join our Baker Hughes Team! We are seeking a Regional Product Marketing Specialist to drive product marketing initiatives for the assigned region. This role will focus on developing and supporting regional marketing strategies, sales enablement, and ensuring product positioning aligns with global standards while addressing local market needs. The specialist will collaborate closely with global product marketing teams, regional sales, and commercial organizations to deliver impactful campaigns, manage product launches, and create localized content that enhances customer engagement and drives growth. Partner with the best As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for: Develop and support regional marketing strategies aligned with global product positioning and business objectives. Enable sales teams by creating localized collateral, presentations, and tools that drive customer engagement and support revenue growth. Plan and execute regional campaigns and product launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global marketing initiatives. Collaborate with global product marketing teams to adapt messaging and content for regional markets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Manage regional content development, including brochures, case studies, and digital assets tailored to local audiences. Support regional events and trade shows, including planning, coordination, and post-event follow-up. Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, commercial, operations) to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, regional marketing, or commercial support; experience in industrial or B2B sectors is preferred. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus. Experience supporting events and trade shows, including planning and coordination. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics. Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
