He/she will   be committed to   delivering   the expected customer service level across the   R egion.   The   Service Manger – Parts Services   w ill be the   primary interface   with   regional project management   and   will   be   responsible to drive   and contribute   the achievement of   the   financial   and operational   targets .   Fuel your passion   The Service Manger – Parts Services   will:   Be the   primary interfa ce with   regional   project manager   for all operations   aspects .   Drive weekly operating rhythm with internal   stakeholders.   C ollect business/customer needs ,   set up right   priorities,   and   translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering,   logistics , billing , e t c .) .   O wn the sales   plan of   execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitment   and leading   the   scouting of sales opportunitie s to maximize financial results, across all inventory   organizations   and relevant legal entities .   I dentify   and   execute   material allocations   to projects   to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability .   O wn relevant operations   KPI s   (OTD,   O DBL ) .   D rive simplification and improvement initiatives   to   achieve   better   operational   performance.   Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Degree in Industrial   Engineer ing or similar .   Knowledge of   supply chain processes .   Basic knowledge of   project management   processes and tools .   Fluent English (written and spoken) .   S trong   communication   and influencing skills .   C lear thinker , problem solving skills along with   process   improvement   driven mindset .   Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
