Partner with the best   Baker Hughes, Process and Pipeline Services (PPS) division has an opening for a Logistics Specialist. The primary role of the person will be to provide logistics support, which would include arranging accurate shipping documentation, follow-up with forwarders, customs and ensuring logistics compliance in the region.   As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:   Arranging and managing all logistics activities and related systems information Executing all required responsibilities safely at well site as per equipment and logistics manuals. Coordinating deliveries in line with production demands, overseeing internal logistics challenges, ensuring that materials are available for production and shipments are ready for dispatch when required. Reviewing and optimizing costs to ensure products and projects are delivered to budget and operating margin Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to share and communicate project information Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college At least 3 years of experience in Logistics is required Be able to speak Azerbaijani fluently and have minimum upper-intermediate English and Russian Have knowledge of international logistics (Import and export) and customs Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office (SAP, Maximo is an advantage) Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
