The Patient Recruitment Supporter role is a key position within Global Perspectives and the Patient Recruitment team: we are an innovative and forward-thinking team at the cutting-edge of new patient recruitment and engagement strategies. What the role looks like Ideation and delivery of patient recruitment and engagement strategies Play a key role in the implementation and delivery of innovative solutions to enrol and engage patients in non-interventional and market research studies (including but not limited to qualitative interviews, online surveys, ad-boards, longitudinal studies etc) You will work very closely with the patient, as well as with the Project Management team, and partner with Patient Organisations and other healthcare stakeholders You will lead and be responsible for patient recruitment success, including meeting key performance metrics, delivering within timelines, and customer satisfaction Utilize various methods for recruitment including our internal patient panel, Social Media, Patient Associations to locate and recruit potential participants Support the growth of our internal patient panel by leveraging various patient engagement approaches Get involved in problem solving, process improvement activities and innovation implementation Requirements: A Bachelor Degree Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry Excellent organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Communication and strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Proficient in the use of MS Office application. Strong understanding of Excel is advantageous. Full written and verbal communication skills including excellent command of English.
