Als Engagement Manager – Real World Analytics Germany sind Sie für die Beratung, Entwicklung und Projektbetreuung unserer Kunden aus der pharmazeutischen Industrie verantwortlich. Die Aufgaben: Ihre Kernaufgabe ist die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Pharma- und Healthcare-Kunden. Darüber hinaus haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, bei der Neukundengewinnung mitzuwirken. Sie beraten Ihre Kunden in allen Fragestellungen rund um den Versorgungsalltag von Patienten und identifizieren den Kundenbedarf in diesem Bereich. Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng in einem Account-Team, um die Kunden ganzheitlich zu beraten und zu betreuen. Sie entwickeln kundengerechte Lösungen, auch im Sinne der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Beratungsansätze und -methoden, in Verknüpfung mit weiteren IQVIA-Daten und umfassenden Projektansätzen. Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Kundenbetreuung sind Sie in die Projektumsetzung involviert, indem Sie das Projektteam inhaltlich bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss begleiten und je nach Projekt eine Leitungsfunktion übernehmen. Neben der Angebotskonzeption und -kalkulation verantworten Sie den gesamten Vertriebsprozess sowie die Account-Planung für Ihren Kundenkreis, inklusive Budgetverantwortung, Opportunity Management sowie begleitende interne Planungsreportings und Forecastings. Ihre tägliche Arbeit ermöglicht Ihnen die interdisziplinäre Koordination und Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichsten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen. Das Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften. Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Pharma-/Healthcare-Umfeld und/oder im lösungsorientierten Vertrieb im Bereich Dienstleistung/Beratung. Erfahrung im Sales/Delivery-Bereich, in der Angebots- und Projektkonzeption sowie in der Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung. Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung gepaart mit tiefgehender Erfahrung mit Real-World-Daten und ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten. Sehr gutes Präsentations- und Kommunikationsvermögen auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift.
