Our Field Services team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.   Partner with the best As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.   As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for: Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups Providing field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job Advising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the district Applying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have more than 10 years experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing) Have a good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groups Demonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs Be a good team player and display good communication skills Be willing to work on various rotational schedules Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.   This role has various rotation based working patterns.
