Overview of Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). Job Responsibilities: Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various data situations Under supervision and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communication Provides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situations Under guidance, responds to questions about the data situations May identify opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’s Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s) At least 2 years’ experience with communications Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,) Additional Requirements: Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills Ability to present results to customers Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business Knowledge of industry and an understanding of the marketplace Amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mckinley, Taguig Amenable to work on night shift schedule IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
