Partner with the best As a Project Manager, you will fulfill a customer need according to agreed parameters to ensure customer satisfaction. Using timelines agreed with the customer you will develop an operational annual plan. You will play an integral role in improving products, processes and procedures. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: ·        Being responsible for customer project management for a non-supervisory roles (Wing to wing process management) ·        Developing an operational annual plan for the own department activities and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures ·        Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions ·        Receiving and checking order commercial clear from customer and Clarifying the order via meetings, finishing the Order loading in ERP system ·        Loading order into milestone system and monitoring the order progress and report to customer ·        Coordinating with witness request & Shipment arrangement and sales report for booking & Shipment plan ·        Handling project documents & Customer documents, customer milestone payment, and resolving the disputes and collecting AR on time Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: ·        Have a Bachelor with major in Mechanical Engineering, Business English/International Trade, etc. ·        Have Valves Project Management experience. Familiar with Customer Project Management. Nuclear Industry experience is an advantage ·        Have sound oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese ·        Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment ·        Be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time within assigned region ·        Be good at ERP system like SAP, etc. ·        Be a successful team player and have the ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
