Partner with the best As an Electrical-Mechanical Technician, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our valued customers. In addition, you will be partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. As an Electrical-Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for: Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on artificial lift equipment Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing artificial lift equipment Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Preferred industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude (soldering electronic components, reading engineering diagrams, etc.) Good mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment is preferred Problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills is preferred Be proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists is preferred Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
