Partner with the best As a Field Specialist, you will provide support for ESP operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-check, installation, and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet operation schedule and customer satisfactions. As a Field Specialist for ESP, you will be responsible for: Assisting with the installation/pulling of ESP and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells Assisting with testing ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment Acting as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders Taking ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education 5 years of Artificial Lift and ESP experience Have relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronic components Have a basic knowledge of running ESP or Artificial Lift tools or equipment Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
