Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes  Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leader Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in all related to Engineering & professional knowledge of business knowledge will be a plus Open to graduating interns, current employees, fresh graduates, and former interns H ave some basic skills about leadership & logic thoughts, if you have joined in some leader activities in campus, that will be a plus.   Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0   or equivalent   Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills   Be open to Shanghai, Suzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, Changzhou Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions.
