Fuel your passion As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, performance KPIs, repair costs and personnel, and premature product/ services failures. As a Lead Engineer - Reliability, you will be responsible for: Participating in the engineering planning review process, especially for critical jobs Focusing on the dependability in the lifecycle management of a product Identifying and assessing the ability of the system or component to function under stated conditions for a specified time or interval of time Rolling up the individual reliability to the system level, including systems modeling - includes estimation, prevention modeling and management of high levels of "lifetime" engineering uncertainty and risks of failure Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience Demonstrate experience as a reliability engineer Having strong reliability knowledge RCM Principles Being an Excel expert Demonstrate excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization Advanced English and fluent Portuguese Have CMMS experience - SAP and/or Maximo preferred Have hands on experience in field maintenance Have data analytics skills and RCA experience Have experience Technical Project Management (TPM) Have knowledge of RBD/RAM analysis principles Speak Spanish on a professional level Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
