You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, building new AI applications for customers, integrating with customers' data and applications and lead deployment of Gen AI Applications for very large enterprise customers.In this role, you will:Build and customize Agentic AI applications for Fortune 500 companiesAlign GenAI solutions with customer needs and business goalsLead deployment of GenAI applications at enterprise scaleAnalyze customer data structures and integrate with existing systemsImplement APIs and integration protocols for seamless connectivityEvaluate and improve AI model performanceIdentify patterns in data to troubleshoot and recommend enhancementsCollaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, and customer successEngage directly with enterprise customers to understand needs and provide technical guidanceIdeally, you'd have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years experience as an AI/ ML Engineer or similar roles. Solid foundational understanding of traditional ML & Generative AI conceptsPractical experience in GenAI application development, Prompt Engineering & running detailed evaluationsStrong analytical skills - to understand deep patterns in client data, troubleshoot model performance issues & suggest innovative solutions to improve outcomesStrong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologiesStrong understanding of API frameworks and various Integration protocolsAbility to work with different data structures and handle basic transformations in order to automate certain components of the applicationExperience with solution design, cloud based solution architecture, and integrations.Proficient with relevant programming languages and technologies.Prior customer facing experience is a plusStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.Ability to Document and understand complex processes spanning multiple functions is highly desirableEma Unlimited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
