If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building product videos, and creating visually engaging content, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations for product marketing videos.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop storyboards and concepts.Edit video content to create polished and professional final products, including cutting, trimming, and color correction.Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites).Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all video content.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our video content.Qualifications:Proven experience 3+ years as a Motion Designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing skills.Proficiency in software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant video editing tools.Basic understanding of video production processes, including sound design and color grading.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-Have:Experience creating videos for tech products or SaaS companies.Familiarity with 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how video content can drive engagement.Ema is the right place for you if you have: A hustler's mindset with a strong sense of urgency and a bias for action.
