Job Responsibilities: Receives and responds to client data inquiries via remote client access Under guidance, identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. Completes quantitative analysis and research to gain more in-depth understanding of trends Runs standard queries for data extraction Utilizes various systems/tools to work through issue identification and follow the standard escalation process through resolution Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution Verifies data for accuracy and completeness May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses Perform audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues May construct additional reports or tools to assist in analysis Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in   Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s) At least 2 years’ experience with   data analysis Experience using M icrosoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI) Basic knowledge of   SQL a plus , but not required Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings Ability to present results to customers and manage stakeholders expectations Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business Knowledge of industry and an understanding of the marketplace Amenable to work on   Night Shift Schedule Amenable to work on   Hybrid Set up   (Mckinley, Taguig) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
