You will oversee and coordinate our persona-based teams (Commander, Collaborator, and Creator), as well as any emerging front-end focused teams, ensuring seamless user experiences, coherent workflows, and consistent product quality across the entire application layer. Candidates who have lived in both worlds – the military environment and high-scale collaboration SaaS (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft 365/Teams/Loop, Atlassian Confluence, Figma, Miro)-will be especially competitive.
