To support ongoing growth across Europe, IQVIA is hiring a Recruiter in Poland to support recruitment for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs roles within the life sciences sector. This role is suited to a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, candidate engagement, and operational recruitment work in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines. Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS. Build and manage talent pipelines. Support recruitment reporting and activity tracking. Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (agency, in‑house, or RPO). Experience recruiting within healthcare or life sciences preferred. Exposure to medical sales or medical affairs roles. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work in an international environment. Fluent English is required . The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
