Chargé(e) de Développement du Panel Médecins – CDD 6 mois   IQVIA, leader mondial de la recherche clinique et de la donnée de santé, innove depuis sa création pour améliorer la santé des patients et des citoyens. En connectant données, informations, technologies et expertises, IQVIA accompagne ses clients et ses partenaires dans leurs évolutions pour leur permettre de développer et de commercialiser des thérapies innovantes.   Le département Data & Technology d’IQVIA France rassemble une équipe d’environ 80 personnes pluridisciplinaires et hautement qualifiées dans : - la collecte et le traitement des données issues des panels de professionnels de santé, - la gestion et l’optimisation de ces panels pour garantir leur représentativité et la qualité des données, - l’amélioration des offres autour de la donnée, - la construction d'applications innovantes, - le développement d'algorithmes avancés.   Au sein de l'équipe Patient Data, vous serez en charge du recrutement de médecins dans le cadre d’une étude qui existe depuis plus de 60 ans et qui vise à analyser les pathologies observées et les stratégies thérapeutiques mises en œuvre par les médecins libéraux.   Missions principales : - Contacter des médecins spécialistes libéraux pour leur proposer de participer à l’étude. - Présenter l’étude, répondre aux éventuelles questions et assurer le suivi (jusqu’à la signature d’un accord de collaboration via DocuSign, condition requise pour participer à l’étude) - Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs impliqués (notamment notre centre d’excellence en Espagne) afin de garantir la continuité et le respect du process global. - Mettre à jour une base de données et/ou des fichiers, tableaux de bord de suivi d’activité.   En tant que Chargé(e) de recrutement médecins au sein de l'équipe Patient Data, vous rapporterez au Directeur Patient Data.   Profil : Nous cherchons une personne dynamique, organisée et autonome avec : · une expérience d’au moins 2 ans en téléprospection, relation client ou recrutement par téléphone (une expérience dans la relation avec les professionnels de santé serait un plus), · des compétences en persuasion et négociation, · des qualités d’écoute et de communication, · une bonne expression écrite, · une capacité à atteindre des objectifs et à s’adapter rapidement, · un esprit d’équipe pour collaborer avec toutes les parties prenantes, · une maitrise d’Excel.   IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
