Serás el motor que inspire, guíe y potencie a nuestros delegados, convirtiéndote en un verdadero embajador de la marca. 🛠️ RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en el desarrollo regional. Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de delegados, impulsando su rendimiento y competencias. Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos y eficiencia operativa. Asegurar la excelencia en la atención al cliente. Fomentar relaciones cercanas y duraderas con nuestros clientes. Transmitir entusiasmo, innovación y dinamismo en cada acción. 🎓 REQUISITOS Titulación universitaria (preferible en Ciencias de la Salud). Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en visita a farmacia. Al menos 5 años gestionando equipos de delegados de farmacia en la industria farmacéutica. Inglés alto valorado. Carnet de conducir.
