Role Purpose: Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA outlet database. Job Description: Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production. Solicits, gathers, and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record. Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database. Response to outlet related queries. Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules. Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that varies from one project to another. Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead. Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager. Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: Bachelor’s degree in any science and technology field Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills. Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application. Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision. Willing to work in the night shift.
