Fathom’s Associate Development Program is a paid, high-impact summer experience designed to develop future digital marketing leaders. We’re looking for motivated, curious, and team-oriented college students in the Cleveland area who want hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and marketing automation—while being mentored by some of the best in the industry. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play an active role in building and optimizing campaigns, uncovering insights that drive client outcomes, and contributing to the culture that makes Fathom a top Workplace in Northeast Ohio. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Support Client Work & Campaign Excellence Participate in internal and external strategy discussions with cross-functional teams. Support the launch, QA, and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, and marketing automation. Conduct channel, content, and competitive audits to uncover opportunities for performance improvement. Analyze campaign performance data and connect insights to client business objectives and KPIs. Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies (A/B tests, messaging, targeting, landing pages). Document findings clearly and present recommendations to team members and mentors.   Learn, Grow & Contribute Engage in structured learning sessions on digital marketing, analytics, healthcare marketing, and client success. Contribute positively to our team culture—collaboration, curiosity, and commitment to excellence. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
