Unser Analytics & Consulting Team berät Healthcare - und Pharma-Kunden in Deutschland in markt- und vertriebsstrategischen Fragestellungen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Produkts: Dazu zählen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen inkl. Marktforschung, Markt- und Produkt-Forecasts, Entwicklung von Marktstrategien, Optimierung von Kundensegmentierungen, Design von Vertriebsorganisationen, genauso wie Performance-Messungen. In diesen Themenbereichen arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden an innovativen Lösungen, um neue Impulse zu setzen. Für unser Analytics & Consulting Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Senior Consultant am Standort Frankfurt am Main oder München. Als Engagement Manager übernehmen Sie die Leitung für unsere vielfältigen Beratungsprojekte und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere wesentlichen internen und externen Stakeholder. Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie: Leitung anspruchsvoller Beratungsprojekte in o.g. Themenbereichen (z.B. Design von Vertriebsorganisationen, Optimierung von Kundensegmentierungen) für unsere Pharma-Kunden sowie Kunden aus angrenzenden Branchen (z.B. Medizintechnik) auf nationaler oder internationaler Ebene mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten: Hauptansprechpartner für die Fragen unserer Kunden. Führung unserer Projektteams, ggf. auch interdisziplinär, vom Kickoff bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss • Präsentation von Projektergebnissen bei unseren Kunden sowie Moderation von Workshops. Kontinuierliches Projekt-Controlling, inkl. Reporting, zur Unterstützung unserer internen Finance-Prozesse. Teilweise Unterstützung des Business Developments mit Blick auf Konzeption, Angebotserstellung und -kalkulation sowie Kundentermine in Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Principal und dem Key Account Management. Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze und -methoden in Verknüpfung mit unseren IQVIA-Daten und Analyseansätzen und Unterstützung von Aktivitäten im Bereich von Thought Leadership (z.B. Mitarbeit an Publikationen). Leitung und Mitarbeit an internen Workstreams zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams bzw. der Organisation, z.B. Training & Development. Das bringen Sie mit: Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit Fokus auf marktstrategischen Fragestellungen – idealerweise im Bereich Pharma. Hohes Interesse und gutes Verständnis der Pharmaindustrie und marktspezifischen Gegebenheiten, insb. in Deutschland. Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Business Development/ Kundenentwicklung. Expertise in der Führung von Beratungsteams und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern. Mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften. Ausgezeichnetes analytisches Denkvermögen und Datenaffinität, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Belastbarkeit. Souveränes Auftreten sowie sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
