Für spannende Projekte in diversen Indikationen suchen wir Dich als Pharmaberater im Innendienst/E-Rep (m/w/d) in Voll- und Teilzeit - Homeoffice Das bringst Du mit: Du bist ein wertvoller und kompetenter Ansprechpartner, da Du auf „Augenhöhe“ mit unseren Ärzten und med. Fachangestellten kommunizierst. Du generierst die sog. „Leads“ und weckst Aufmerksamkeit und Interesse für die Produkte unseres Kunden. Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Realisierung der vereinbarten Ziele und KPIs in Deiner Zielgruppe. Du übernimmst neben der professionellen Akquise und Zielgruppenansprache auch die Beratung für die ausgewählten Produkte im Bereich seltene Erkrankungen. Du unterstützt unseren Kunden durch eine professionelle und kompetente Kommunikation am Telefon, Mailversand, Online-Calls, etc. in den ausgewählten Indikationen. Du planst die Ärzte- und Klinikanrufe selbstständig auf Grundlage Deiner Targetliste und dokumentierst diese im CRM. Du bist für die termingerechte Administration im Daily Business verantwortlich. Du nimmst die gelernten Coaching- und Trainingskonzepte gerne an und steigerst dadurch Deine Kompetenzen als Remote Mitarbeiter / eRep. ​ Das bringst Du mit: Mit Deiner Erfahrung als Remote Mitarbeiter besitzt Du sehr gute Voraussetzungen, um Deiner Karriere bei uns die richtigen Impulse zu geben. Alternativ möchtest Du als Neueinsteiger diesen spannenden Bereich kennenlernen Du bist eine echte Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und findest immer die richtige Strategie Deine Kunden am Telefon zu begeistern. Du spielst Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Fachkompetenz und Überzeugungskraft aus und wirst bei Deiner Zielgruppe zu einem geschätzten Gesprächspartner, der echten Mehrwert und Nutzen mitbringt. Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Pharmareferenten-Ausbildung nach § 75 AMG oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als Pharmaberater. Home-Office Arbeitsplatz   Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
