Job Advert: Mass Market Team Leader – Botswana Contracted through IQVIA Location: Botswana A multinational Consumer Health company is seeking an experienced Mass Market Team Leader to oversee and drive commercial performance across Botswana. This role requires a strong background in FMCG and Mass Market operations, combined with proven leadership capability within a multinational organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a Mass Market sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Drive execution of sales strategies across key retail and wholesale channels. Ensure strong in‑market visibility and availability of all product ranges. Deliver accurate and timely management reports. Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and support Key Account Management activities. Ensure effective use and maintenance of CRM systems for reporting, tracking, and territory management. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Team Leader or Sales Management role within FMCG or Mass Market sectors. Experience working in a multinational organisation is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of the Botswana FMCG and Mass Market landscape. Proven track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results. Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel across regions as required.
